Currently, I serve as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University, where my research interests lie in nucleic acid design and developing probes for multiplexed tissue imaging. My ongoing work involves merging programmable DNA with molecules like fluorophores to create a highly multiplexed, DNA-guided imaging system. This system is designed to investigate spatial biology at multiple levels, spanning molecules, cells, and tissues. The overarching goal of my research is to offer powerful, adaptable, and scalable tools that will facilitate a holistic understanding of various research domains (transcription, translation, and protein functions) across a broad range of biological systems.
