PPMS – HMS OKTA Migration Phase 1

This training document is to help users access PPMS after the authentication has been changed to the new HMS OKTA platform from ADFS.

Background : The enterprise version of PPMS currently uses the HMS ID authentication platform (ADFS) for user authentication. ADFS is being phased out as part of a broader initiative to modernize the authentication infrastructure. Accessing PPMS should remain the same and the minor change will be to use the new OKTA login dashboard. You must use your HMS ID as the username and enter your HMS ID password.
