We are thrilled to announce the incorporation of 4 new pieces of equipment to the MicRoN Core:

• Casper, our LifeCanvas SmartBatch Clearing and Staining device with Radiant Hardware for high abundance markers : Active clearing for large and small samples. This device is upgraded with Radiant Hardware to improve staining of high abundance targets. This will help with batch processing of samples and to enhance reproducibility in the clearing method across samples. 
• Megalodon, LifeCanvas MegaSPIM lightsheet microscope. SPIM lightsheet for a wide range of cleared tissues. 
• Hydra, MicRoN local server for storage and remote data processing and analysis. We aim to speed up data transfer, processing and analysis.
• St SIMon "The Holey" STEDycon add-on for SIMon super-resolution : SIMon got a major upgrade to add STED, and its name will change to SIMon the "Holey" as a result. We will be able to improve resolution down to 30-40 nm laterally.
